This is another one of those delicious family recipes taught by my aunt. I've had this once at her place and I quickly marked down her recipe as it's so simple yet so tasty and satisfying. I love this with rice, I know that's a lot of carbo with all those potatoes and rice but it's just something about carbo that shouts COMFORT FOOD.

Ingredients:
Seasonings:
- 1 medium potato - thinly sliced
- 2 lap cheong (Chinese sausages) - thinly sliced
- Salt
- White pepper powder
- Light soy sauce
- Sesame oil
Directions:
- Layer potatoes onto a plate/ bowl for steaming.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper onto potatoes after every layer.
- Drizzle some soy sauce over potatoes.
- Place sausages over potatoes.
- Steam on high heat for about 15 mins or until potatoes are softened.
- Remove from heat, drizzle a bit of sesame oil over potatoes and enjoy!
