The weather is so warm these days, you just want to have more refreshing dishes like salads and cold noodles. And salads I mean potato salad or fruit salad as some of you may know, I am not a big fan of vegetables. I try to avoid greens by all means. But I recently discovered roasted vegetables! I've been trying to roast all my veg nowadays and I think that's the only way I enjoy eating them. So here's a salad that has roasted veg, strawberries and balsamic glaze! I never knew strawberries taste so good with balsamic! YUM YUM! I used a balsamic glaze I bought from the food festival I went to last week.
Good stuff. The hint of truffle adds a really nice touch to the sauce. I've never had balsamic glaze before and this was my first time using this awesome sauce. Any ideas on what I can do with the rest of the bottle?
