Happy New Year everyone! We didn't have any celebration plans yesterday so I thought I'd cook a nice meal to say goodbye to another year. I was craving for Spanish omelette so there we go - a Spanish meal! We had chicken paella, tortilla Espanola and mushrooms with chorizo, accompanied with a nice bottle of 1998 red.
