- 500g chicken – deboned
- ~5 slices dang gui (当归, Chinese angelica)
- 1 handful gei chi (枸杞, Chinese wolfberry)
- 1 tbs shaoxing wine
- Sesame oil
- ~½ tsp salt
- ~½-1 tbs soya sauce
- ~½ tsp pepper
- Mix chicken, dang gui, gei chi and A.
- Steam on high heat for 15mins or until chicken is cooked.
- Remove from heat, add shaoxing wine and drizzle a bit of sesame oil.
